1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Processing time: typically takes between 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Time:
US/Canada
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 10-20 business days
Express Shipping: Delivery in 5-10 business days
Rest of the world
Standard Shipping: Delivery in 15-25 business days
Express Shipping: Delivery in 7-15 business days
2. How can I return the goods?
Jonvidesign is happy to accept returns within 45 days of receiving all products. Sorry, freight and handling charges will not be refunded when returning goods. Unfortunately, without exception, jonvidesign does not accept returns of used or damaged goods. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
3. How to use coupon code?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, please add all your gorgeous products to your shopping cart and start the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, and then just click apply. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from jonvidesign. Coupon code cannot be used for placed orders.
4. How do I choose to exit email?
